Hello! My name is Freedom Storm Scott. I am the proud, & one and only child of Mahala Dawn Pelfrey.

My mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer March 2024. She fought long and boy did she fight hard but unfortunately she lost her battle to cancer on 6-26-25. This is a rough time for all of the ones who love her dearly & Unfortunately she did NOT have any type of life insurance policy. When we first found out about her diagnosis she was denied life insurance due to her diagnosis. Her biggest worry was that I would be left with final costs for her funeral. I assured her we would make a way and to not worry Anything but fighting the fight.
