For our neighbor “Oladapo”
Known by his nickname, our neighbor Oladapo is described by those who love him as thoughtful, passionate, and committed to uplifting others. He has volunteered in organic farming initiatives, contributing his time and energy to sustainable practices. He also plays an active role in supporting the development of a nonprofit organization, where he helps deliver food to homeless communities and ensures that those in need feel seen and supported.
His contributions to the community are meaningful, and his potential to continue making a positive impact is undeniable. He is, without question, an honorable and valuable member of society.
What makes him especially remarkable is his genuine care for people. He is the type of person who will go out of his way to offer help to a stranger in need, without hesitation or expectation. His presence alone often brings comfort, and he has an incredible ability to lighten the emotional burdens of those around him, sometimes without even realizing it. His girlfriend is heartbroken at his absence and is helping him navigate the turmoil of being held in state detention. She wants nothing more than for him to be released so that he can continue his good works, and pursue his studies.
Originally from Nigeria, Oladapo relocated to Waltham. He was kidnapped by ICE and is now facing an uphill legal battle that begins with funding his bond. Can you help us secure his freedom?
