Our team heard about Ryan’s story while working on our podcast Deadly Diocese in Buffalo, NY. Allegedly, it appears the same alleged corruption intersects across Eirie county.

When we heard his story, we immediately wanted to help. Ryan lost his mother and his two brothers and is now being incarcerated because he alleges

the reasoning he believes is

because he spoke out about the alleged sexual abuse he suffered as a child by his older cousin, who is one of the most powerful political figures in Erie County. He’s being imprisoned and held on a $100,000 bail for a misdemeanor charge fabricated by the powers that be. He was originally released after a grand jury cleared him, but they allegedly made up new charges and dragged him back. The system has allegedly let a 3-time rapist out until his trial with a $30,000 bail, an inmate who allegedly pistol-whipped his girlfriend and beat her, and allegedly an armed robber. All with bails allegedly over half the amount of Ryan’s.

His uncle is the only family he has left; allegedly his other family is the corrupt powers keeping him incarcerated to silence him.

We are committed to getting his story out and getting him out of an unjust and dangerous situation.

We are asking for your help. He is fearful on a daily basis for his safety and well-being.

We are raising funds to help secure bail for a man we believe deserves the opportunity to return home. We believe he has been wrongfully incarcerated, and we want him to have the chance to tell his side of the story, receive a fair process, and protect his future.

Most importantly, we are deeply concerned for his safety. We fear that remaining incarcerated puts him in a vulnerable and potentially dangerous position. Every day that passes brings more worry, and we are doing everything we can to help.

Those who know him understand that he is more than the circumstances he is currently facing. He is a human being with a life, a heart, relationships, and people who care about him. He deserves compassion, dignity, and the opportunity to seek justice.

Unfortunately, bail can be financially overwhelming, and time is something we desperately wish we had more of. We cannot do this alone.
