I have been harassed by this Oakland city worker for over two years now. Yesterday at Oakland FF I was setting up drums and he pulls up right behind me takes out his note book and writes down my license plate number. So my car got towed for playing drums and doing something positive for the city of Oakland I’m asking for a donation for $2300 it’s $125 a night it’s in the tow yard. Please and thank you
