We urgently need your help. Our beloved brother, Mohamud Haji, has been unjustly held in jail since June 22, 2023, accused of crimes we believe he did not commit.

Mohamud has faced harsh conditions, including quarantine and untreated medical issues, which have taken a toll on his health and well-being. Unfortunately, the public defender assigned to his case has not provided the representation he deserves, and we are left with no choice but to seek private legal counsel.

However, our family is struggling financially. Our mother is disabled, and I am unable to work due to my own medical condition. We cannot afford the significant costs of hiring a private attorney.
