My dad's name is Marco benitez, Yesterday he was wrongly detained by immigration. My father has had an open case with them for over 2 years, he was detained on August 8th of 2025 my dad was provided a work permit and has a court case in a few months. Even with all this immigration detained him thinking he has a criminal record. We are working with his lawyer to be able to release him on bond, he's being held in a jail cell as if he were a horrible person, I can not express how much a of a good man my dad is.
