Update 10/26/25

Josh has been freed and is back home with his family in California! Thank you to everyone for your prayers and help financially. The love the community has shown Josh and his family has been overwhelming. Please continue to keep Josh in your prayers as he may be required to go back to the border Monday morning (10/27) to get his vehicle.

There are still fees that need to be paid, and any support would be much appreciated.

Josh Diaz is a close friend who is being held in a Mexican detainment cell. Please consider helping in this cause.

Josh Diaz was heading down from California to Mexico for a vacation. He had made a wrong turn, and he never meant to enter Mexico with his car. Before even being questioned, he told border patrol that he had ammunition in his car that belonged to his dad from the gun range where he works. As a result, he was detained and put in a cell with about 20 other people. Anyone who knows Josh loves him and considers him a close friend. Please pray for Josh’s safety and his family as they navigate this.
