Hi, my name is Leah, and I am asking for help during a very difficult time for my family. My dad, Jose Pescador Garcia, was arrested by ICE on September 9th, 2025, while on the way home from work. He has demonstrated over the past 29+ years that he has been a good citizen with a good moral character, even though he had an approved petition. It has been very difficult to get him out after two attempts from 2 different firms. We are still not able to get him released. He has been denied bond TWICE. He does not deserve any of this. He is an amazing, hardworking man for his family. He has 3 beautiful children and a wife of 7 years, and 4 children who are not his, and took us in with an open heart. That is the kind of man HE is. He has no criminal record, no prior arrests, and is not a felon. He has paid his taxes every year. He always made sure his family was taken care of, even when nobody would help him. My mom is currently struggling financially, trying to provide for her family. She has to provide for 7 kids by herself and pay for a 2-story house, which she struggles with every time she has to pay the lawyer fees. I am not asking for much, but your support for our family to bring him home to us. we would really appreciate the support from you.
