The court date did not happen on the 9th of January as we thought.
The lawyer has told us that we need to wait until the next court date which will be any time between now and 20th February

This is a desperate call for help to any and all friends, family, lovers and acquaintances of Eric Comerci.
Eric is one of the most passionate and create people I've met. He is a kind friend, amazing dancer and he needs our help!
In August 2019 Eric was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was sent to Siem Reap Prison. Eric has been stuck in that hell for over 4 months now, only being given rice and water twice a day, poor water conditions that he is having a skin reaction.
He is separated from family and friends awaiting his trial. Eric has had to spend not only Christmas alone in prison but also his Birthday and soon to be New Years.
Eduardo and myself have been seeing him twice a week since he went in and have paid for a lawyer since then. The lawyer has now advised us Eric's court date is scheduled for the morning of January 9th.
The lawyer has advised if we have $3,200 USD at the time of trial we will be able to have Eric released!
I have been in constant contact with Eric's family who are heart broken and missing him dearly. His family is from Argentina and $3,200 USD is roughly equivalent to $190,000 Peso so the amount is an impossible ask for them to obtain.
Any amount you are able to donate would mean the world.
Please dig deep. We don't have much time.
