Hello and thank you for being here. My name is Nabila Dollar and my fiancée’s name is Brayan Olmo. On the night of November 25th our lives took a heart shattering turn non of us expected. My fiancé got into a car accident where he was rear ended, he called the cops as you should do in this situation. But when the state trooper arrived, he was taken into custody because supposedly ICE had a notice for him to be detained. They kept him there until Thanksgiving Day, and then ICE came to transfer him to Alligator Alcatraz where he is currently being kept still.

Not in a million years did we ever think that was going to happen since he has a driver’s license, a workers permit up to date, he’s in the process of getting his residency and NO criminal record. He is a hardworking man, that pays taxes and does everything right according to the law. He is the best thing that has happened to me and it breaks my heart to know that I can’t do anything about his situation at the moment. I am asking for help because he has a good chance to be released if he fights in court, but legal fees are extremely high, and I am trying to gather as much money as possible to be able to hire the best representation that will give him the best chance to be free.

I am hoping and praying for a Christmas miracle as the holidays approach and no one deserves to expend the Holidays locked away without reason. This injustice needs to stop, there is a lot of good people being ripped away from their livelihood that they’ve worked so hard for.
