UPDATE: Everlee is Free!
Hello everyone we have some incredible news to share: Everlee is finally free and back home! After 73 days in ICE detention, she was released and has safely returned to her family. We want to extend a massive, heartfelt thank you to every single person who donated, shared, and supported us. Because of your initial generosity, her legal fees were covered, her travel home was paid for, and her bills were kept current during her time away. We are profoundly grateful for this community.

Now that Everlee is safe, she is focused on rebuilding. Unfortunately, she lost her job during her 73 days in detention, meaning she is essentially starting over. However, true to her resilient nature, she is already taking major steps. She is actively interviewing and looking to get back into welding. She is attending therapy to process the trauma and mental toll of her detention.
While Everlee is highly motivated and already securing interviews, the hiring process and medical care for her recovery take time. We are keeping this fundraiser open for anyone who wishes to support her transition back into the life. Contributions will strictly help bridge the gap for her basic living expenses and therapy costs over the next few weeks.
