Help Freddie's Fight Against Neuroblastoma
Donation protected
Hi, I’m Freddie Reichard, one of the sweetest little guys you’ll hopefully get a chance to meet.
In June 2025 at just 7 months old, I was diagnosed with stage 4 high risk neuroblastoma, which is a rare cancer that started in my abdomen but has spread throughout my body. I need a lot of treatment to fight this, which includes 15-18 months of aggressive chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, immunotherapy, and possible radiation. This will require extended hospital stays that will require my parents to take unplanned leave from work.
My parents (Adam and Genevieve Reichard), my sister (Evie Jo), and I recently moved to Buffalo, NY from the NYC area in January 2025 to be closer to family. A month prior to my diagnosis, my mom had just started her new job as a Physician Assistant on the Leukemia Service at Roswell Park Cancer Center, the same hospital where I would soon begin treatment. Unfortunately, our situation forced her to take an unpaid leave of absence, and it is unknown when she will be able to return.
My parents are taking such good care of my sister and me, and definitely appreciate the outpouring of support, but they might need some extra help along the way over the coming year to assist in offsetting the cost of lost income, continued child care for Evie, and additional medical expenses.
Thanks in advance for your support, thoughts, and prayers.
