Help Fred Kann Avoid a Wheelchair - Help With Surgical Costs

I'm Fred Kann (aka Ferlin Getty), originally from Chicago, now back in Colorado. I have been informed by 2 neurosurgeons that I require serious cervical spine surgery or it is fewer than 10 years to a wheelchair.
