Fred is our happy, carefree 5-year-old chocolate lab who brings so much joy to our family. He’s the middle child, always playing with his brother Charlie and looking up to his big brother Oakley. Fred even gets along with his cat brothers, making him a true core member of our family. His favorite thing in the world is playing ball and running at the park with all of us.

Recently, while playing with Charlie, Fred tore his ACL. Since then, he’s had to remain pretty sedentary to prevent further injury, which has been tough for such an active, loving dog. The surgery to fix his ACL is expensive, and without it, Fred will be in pain and unable to enjoy the activities he loves most. It breaks our hearts to see him unable to chase a ball or play with his siblings.
