Hello everybody, my name is Fred Geisler and I am doing something that is against my core beliefs. I am asking for help at the age of 73. I went bankrupt taking care of both of my parents. My father needed to be put in 24 institutions in 24 months at $30,000 per month. My mom had a brain tumor at the same time. I have been driving UBER for over 7 years and am unable to make a living at it since UBER changed its ways of paying drivers last year. I had the largest selection of posters under one roof in the seventies, eighties, and nineties. My best customer was Michael Jackson. The shops were in Greenwich Village, NYC, and Westwood Village, Los Angeles.
I want to create new images in a four-foot by six-foot format as seen here of Babe Ruth. I purchased this photo in 1969 from the photographer's widow. I met with her because my father was unable to due to his substance abuse. These new images will be available in a series of limited editions. Your donations will go towards making these poster prints and reducing my debt so I can survive and move into senior housing in the desert. I have not had a day off since COVID.
I want my next years to be filled with creative endeavors to leave a legacy for my daughter and granddaughter.
