Hello and thank you for taking the time to check out my fundraiser. In late December I was told I probably have testicular cancer. End of January I had surgery to remove the enlarged testicle and after tests and scans that was confirmed. After some delays and a hospital stay for a pair of pulmonary embolisms in my lungs chemo began and my oncologist wasn't sure about me working since I am a forklift driver. I live alone and just lost both my cats to kidney issues. I was totally self sufficient before this even if I was just barely getting by each month. Now I'm left trying to navigate a maze of things to fill out and no guarantee my leave will be approved, the third party my job uses has held funds til others have come back to work so I'm scared as well. Scared of losing the roof over my head. I had hoped not to do this but I need to try every avenue. My mom is moving out to assist me in early may but she may not have a job by then. I an expecting to make a full recovery. This cancer called seminoma stage 2c is very curable and my doctor and nurses are taking excellent care of me. Just need some help with the money side.
