Help Fred Catch Up After Susan's Passing

My parents mean the world to me, and now one of them is gone.
Susan Hovey Cohen, my mother, was a bright big presence to all who knew her. She was a healer, always focused on giving, and was always there for her friends and loved ones. She loved my father, Fred Cohen, with all her heart, and they spent their lives helping each other, supporting each other, and being everything I could ever need in parents. A craniosacral therapist, my mom was acutely attuned to people, and what they needed to feel better. She was serious about improving the lives of everyone who came to see her, and everyone who knew her. My dad is a caring giver as well, who spent my entire life putting us first, always. To us, he was the solid support we could always turn to for everything. A quiet artist with a wonderfully sarcastic bite to his art, my dad would put paintings on hold to make sure we were taken care of.
Recently, my mother passed away after battling with a very aggressive cancer. My dad immediately quit work to take care of her 24/7 about 2 months ago when my mom's health started to decline. He was there for her throughout all of it, up until the very end, making sure she was as comfortable as she could possibly be. They both loved each other so much, and helped each other through life.
And now my dad needs us. With your help, I can cover my dad's bills and living expenses that he has had to deal with since stopping work and in the wake of my mom's passing. Together we'll be able to help him get the breathing space he needs to deal with what comes next for us. This is needed as soon as possible, as he has been living off of what they both already had since this all began. Thank you for every bit of help, because it will all go back to making sure my dad does not have the weight of this on him during this incredibly painful time.
The world is less bright without my mom in it, but I want to live up to her example of caring. This is how I'm doing it, and thank you for your time and help.
