On January 12, 2021   Fred Butler was struck, While attempting to retrieve a large object from the Interstate that had come off of his work trailer, due to no fault of his own.   Fred was pulling the large object of the Interstate when a car hit the object and Fred,  this crushed his legs causing significant damage.  Needless to say Fred was severely injured, breaking nearly every bone in his legs.  So far Fred has undergone 3- 8hour surgeries being put back together with rods, pins and bolts, with another surgery done today the 30th of January.    The pain is agonizing for Fred, not to mention, his wife and children he hasn't been able to see or hug.  The future for Fred holds over a year of recovery with therapy, intense pain, time missed at home with his family, which is priceless and can never be given back to him or his family.   Fred and Stephanie had their Wedding planned for the 23rd of January, which they altered and exchanged vows bedside in the Hospital.   Not quite what they had planned, but they did it together.   We are all so grateful to have him alive and look forward to him getting on the road to recovery.   Stephanie has been overwhelmed by the amount of people that have reached out to lend a hand, bring a meal or offer a ear to listen.  The road for Fred is going to be filled with unbelievable pain with time missed with his wife, his children and family whom have all be effected by this.  Fred cannot work right now nor will he be able too at this time, or the near future.   His wife, Stephanie has to divide her time spent at the hospital with Fred,  running their Kids to school and extracurricular sports,  her Counseling job and keeping things as best as she can at home.  We wanted to start this GoFundMe to offer a bit of extra support for the Butler Family.  We cannot imagine the road that they have ahead of them and if the very least, all we can do is help financially, then this is the place to do it.    Thank you for your help and every little bit helps towards something.  This can be one less thing that they have to worry about.  Any funds left over from donations will be donated back towards other people facing similar challenges.  Let's show them some Love!
