Hi everyone, I never thought I would have to ask for help like this, but my partner and I are going through a very difficult time right now, and I’m reaching out to ask for support. My name is Fred, and the home we are fighting to keep my childhood home.
I recently lost my job, and I’ve been doing everything I can to find work and get back on my feet. While I’ve been trying to regain some stability, we’ve fallen behind on our mortgage and utility bills. My partner also went through a difficult period that resulted in some time in jail, which added even more financial and personal hardship to an already overwhelming situation. Because of everything that has happened, we are now at risk of foreclosure and of losing the home that means so much to us.

The funds from this fundraiser will help us catch up on our mortgage, keep our electricity and other essential utilities on, and give me time to find steady employment so we can get our finances back under control. Asking for help is not easy for me, but I’m willing to put my pride aside because keeping our home means everything to us. We are doing everything we can to move forward, and any donation, no matter the size, would make a real difference for us right now.
