HELP FRC TEAM FYRE 5480 BUILD A ROBOT AND COMPETE

We are FYRE, FIRST Robotics Competition team #5480. We are a community-based robotics team made up of high school students from the Reno area. FYRE (FIRST Young Robotics Engineers) is one of two FRC (FIRST Robotics Competition) teams located in Northern Nevada. FYRE is the only community-based FRC team in Northern Nevada, allowing students from any high school in the area to come together to learn about robotics, engineering, design, business planning, and budgeting. FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) is a worldwide organization founded by Dean Kamen, that encourages students to explore science and technology.

Due to our considerable expenses to build, compete, and travel this year, sponsorship is more vital than ever. In the 2024 season, we hope to compete in two regional competitions and possibly Worlds. As a community team, we depend solely on donations. All donations go toward registration, travel costs, and robot materials. Therefore, our fundraising goal is $52,000.
