We are Glenelg Team 888 - The Robotiators, a passionate group of students dedicated to robotics, innovation, and community impact. We have worked tirelessly throughout the season, designing, building, and programming a competitive robot for the FIRST Robotics Competition.
Our hard work has paid off, and we placed 14th out of 54 Chesapeake teams, earning a spot at the FRC World Championship, where we will compete against the best teams from around the globe. However, attending the World Championship comes with significant costs, including travel, accommodation, and registration fees.
This competition season, we recently won the Engineering Inspiration Award at one of our district events, as well as the Judges Choice Award at the District Championship. With this success, we hope to be able to push our team even further!
This is where we need your help. Being able to offset even a small portion of the costs would be a tremendous help. Your donation will not only help us cover these expenses but also support our mission to inspire more young minds in STEM, promote innovation, and give back to our community through various outreach programs.
