Frankie is a beautiful, sweet little boy. He is a wonderful little guy with a big heart. He loves cuddling, purring, and sleeping in my lap. He immediately adjusted to being a house cat and is the most loving, social cat I’ve ever met.
He came to me with a lot of underlying issues. At first, it was just bordetella and worms. The vet bills were expensive, but manageable and he was able to recover.
However, on Tuesday April 14th, he developed a urinary blockage. I knew something was wrong immediately because he was hiding, whining, and growling when I got home. I rushed him to the vet for the care he needed to survive. After hours of waiting, the first vet was able to diagnose him and start the process of unblocking his urinary tract. Since then, the vets have been monitoring him and assisting him in breaking up the blood clots that threaten to re-block his urinary tract.
He has another vet visit on Monday, April 20th to check his healing and hopefully get his catheter out. He got to spend the weekend at home with me as long as his catheter was still in place. I’m really hoping he’ll be healed enough to come home and be his normal, lovely self. But, there is a high chance his urinary tract will reblock, if it hasn’t already
Please please please donate if you can. Everything will go toward my
little boy’s vet bills. I’ve already maxed one credit card and I’ve used a large chunk of another. I can’t let him pass away from something curable.
