Help Frankie Get the Care He Needs: A Family in Crisis
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Jasmin, and I’m a mother of three wonderful kids: Kaylee, Kairi, and Link. Our hearts are heavy right now as we find ourselves in a difficult situation with our one-year-old Dachshund, Frankie.
Frankie is the sweetest, most loyal little dog. Unfortunately, he became very sick and required emergency surgery for a blocked bowel caused by a foreign object. The surgery was urgent, and we’re so thankful he made it through, but the bills have already reached a staggering $3,600. As we continue to provide care for his recovery, the cost is expected to climb even higher, with an estimated total of $7,000 for all the necessary treatments and follow-up visits.
To make matters even more heartbreaking, our family recently lost our beloved 11-year-old dog, Ponyo, to cancer just this New Year. Ponyo was a true member of our family, and the kids and I are still reeling from that loss. We can't bear the thought of losing Frankie too, especially after everything we’ve been through. Frankie is not just a pet to us; he’s a part of our family, and we’re doing everything we can to give him the best care possible.
But, as much as we want to keep fighting for Frankie’s health, the financial burden is becoming overwhelming. That’s why I’m reaching out to you today, asking for help. Anything that you could contribute, no matter how small, would mean the world to us. It would help pay for Frankie’s medical bills and give him the chance to heal and continue being a loving companion to our family.
The kids are absolutely heartbroken over the thought of losing another pet, and we’re desperately trying to keep the light of hope alive for Frankie’s recovery. I’m so grateful for any support you can provide. Your generosity will help ensure that Frankie gets the treatment he needs, and it will help ease the emotional and financial stress that our family is facing right now.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read our story and for considering helping us. It means more than words can express.
With all our love and gratitude,
Jasmin, Kaylee, Kairi, Link, and Frankie
