My name is Frank, and this past year has truly tested me in ways I never imagined. After losing my right leg to blood poisoning, I’ve found myself facing not only the physical and emotional challenges of recovery, but also a mountain of medical bills and the urgent need for a prosthetic leg. My insurance has already run out, and being on a fixed income makes it nearly impossible to keep up with these expenses. I’ve always worked hard to support my family and help others in Tucson, but now I find myself needing help just to get by.

Having a prosthetic leg would mean everything to me. It would allow me to attend therapy, learn how to balance and walk again, and hopefully regain enough mobility to drive my car and maybe even pick up a part-time job. Right now, I have to rely on others for even the simplest things, like getting to the store or making it to my doctor’s appointments. I want nothing more than to regain my independence, provide for my family, and find a little happiness again.
