Help Frank Simon Regain Independence

Hello everyone. My name is Frank Simon. Up to June 22, 2023 I was self sufficient. On that day I was hit while riding my motorcycle to work. I am now paralyzed from the chest down. I found a vehicle to be able to drive for $26000 with shipping from South Carolina to Texas. I had planned on getting it from my accident settlement. Now I have found out I am getting nothing. I need your help so I can gain just a little independence. As it is right now I can't even get into a wheelchair without help. Please if you can I need help.
