Help Frank pay for his eye surgery

Hello, my name is Frank Sabia and I am 51 years old.  I have been wearing corrective lenses since I was 4 years old due to nearsightedness and astigmatism.  For the most part, I just accepted this as part of my life.  However, I was recently (almost 2 years ago) diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes.  I was told I had some time to take care of this, but alas, a year and a half went by, and due to covid and some other issues, I never could get the money together to have the cataract surgery.  I went for my annual eye exam in February and was told that the cataracts, especially the right eye, have gotten worse and that I am legally blind in my right eye.  For those of you who don't know me, I am a full-time caregiver to my 90 year old father who lives with me.  I do all of the cooking, laundry, etc. and take him to all of his doctors' appointments.  I can not afford to lose my driver's license due to vision because he is dependent upon me for everything.  My eye doctor recommended several different surgeons in the area to have this surgery and the least expensive one is going to cost over $2,000 per eye.  There are also several exams and office visits pre and post operative that I will also need to pay for.  I do not have insurance and it has been difficult finding work that would allow me to still take care of my father.  At this point in time, both my father and I are living off of his fixed income, which barely covers the bills  each month.  I spent most of our stimulus checks on things that needed to be done around the house because things like our appliances have been starting to go recently.  (I'm amazed every time I turn on our 60 year old stove/oven that it still works.)  I know this is a hard time financially for all of us, and I really don't like asking for charity, but I have exhausted all other avenues of assistance and really need to get my eyes fixed asap.  Any amount you can contribute to help me would be greatly appreciated.  I would like to get this surgery withing the next few months, so I am setting a soft deadline of August 1, 2021 for the funding.  Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.
