Help Frank and Joanie with Frank's Cancer fight.

Hello All, this is Marcy Frank and I'm setting up this fundraiser for Joanie Thiass Goldstein and her husband Frank. Frank has been diagnosed with Lung Cancer and it's also in his esophagus. He will have a PET scan on Friday to find out if there is cancer anywhere else and what stage the cancer is at. This is what made me decide I had to get them help, the scan is $270, which they don't have so they were going to cancel it. Frank hasn't been able to work in a few years due to a blood disorder. They've been living off of Joanie's disability which she receives because she has COPD and other health issues.

They are special loving people who have had difficulties which anyone would find hard to take, but Frank and Joanie keep smiling and make sure they ask how you're doing and if they can do anything for you. Joanie and Frank have been together for 23 years and married for 19. I've know Joanie since Nimitz Middle School and lived across the street from her on Marchmont when we were both in the 7th grade. Joanie is a life long friend and after I met Frank it turned out he was friends with my little brother when they were kids, such a small world. They need our help, Frank deserves a fighting chance, Joanie and Frank depend on each other and now the tables have turned and Joanie has had to step up to be the primary care giver. Let's help her help Frank.
