My Lisette Nunez-James my husband and I own Francisco’s Restaurant in Rochester Minnesota and he and my daughter grew up in Trelawny Jamaica. My husband was in Jamaica to get supplies for our business and got stuck in the path of Melissa . After 1 week of not hearing him , he finally was able to contact me and told me of the devastated effecting his community. No electricity, no water , and no food . People have lost their homes and personal property. As the days went by he told me much needed supplies were not getting to them and people are going hungry. So
I decided I needed to do something. Your generosity can bring comfort and hope to those affected. Funds collected will be used to purchase supplies , personal care items, and supplies for rebuilding. Proceeds go directly to benefit community in Trelawny Jamaica which was greatly impacted by the storm.
Larger charities are helping Jamaicans but smaller communities such as Trelawny tend to fall through the cracks. With your help I will be able to contribute to that community directly and provide them with much needed support.
