Accident and Depression

I started this fundraiser to help the Sousa Family.

My friend Kelia’s dad, Francisco, had an accident last year and he urgently needs help.

He suffered head trauma and has been unable to walk since the accident, in addition to losing sight in his right eye. He's depressed and has already lost a few pounds because he doesn't believe he'll walk again, but the doctors say it's possible with a lot of effort, treatment and physiotherapy.

He also needs help paying for doctor appointments and diapers.

I want to thank you if you read this far and for any kind of help, whether it be financial or good thoughts and prayers .   Anything helps as helps as Francisco tries to regain his ability to walk and function and the family tries to get back on their feet again financially.

The following is a statement from my friend, Kelia:

I'm a lesbian girl taking care of my dad after he got into a car accident. I don't have much help from my extended family, especially financially.  My mom and I alone provide most of his care.

My friend created this fundraiser for his recovery. We need help paying for treatment that will help him walk again - Injections, physical therapy, diapers and other medical care. Your help can make a huge difference in our lives, so please give if you can.
