The Wiggins Family Needs Your Help

My name is Jessica Gardner. I have created this fundraiser in hopes that you will help me raise money for my very dear friend Franchesca Wiggins and her family. Franchesca was involved in a hit and run car accident on Saturday 5/04 around 7:30am. She was in the slow lane attempting to get off the highway when another vehicle sped from the left lane and attempted to cut her off. The other vehicle hit her and left the scene. She was run off the road and rolled over the barrier and hit a tree. Her car landed on its side. Franchesca was trapped by the seatbelt and suspended in the air with her legs pinned in the door for 25 minutes before being removed from the vehicle by emergency personnel.

She is now suffering from a lacerated liver, bowel necrosis, two shattered ankles, fractured femurs, a broken arm, and fractured lumbar & cervical vertebrae. She’s undergone several lengthy surgeries so far with a few more schedule in the near future. After her neck, back, arm and femurs heal she will begin her long journey of physical therapy to learn to walk again at an outpatient rehab. Her husband Rashard and their two children Riley and Reed will be facing a difficult time without the pillar of their family.

I have created the fundraiser, but the beneficiary will be Franchesca Wiggins. All funds raised will go directly to her and her family. The money will be put towards any uncovered medical bills as well as a new apartment. Due to her injuries, her family is forced to move to accommodate her new medical needs.

Franchesca is the type of person to drop everything to help a friend in need. Please help me show her that same love and provide for her family while she no longer can.
