I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for support for my daughter and her family during one of the most difficult times of their lives. Yrenes is currently pregnant while battling serious health complications, including MCAS. For about the past year, this condition has affected her so severely that she has not been able to eat normally. She depends on medication just to tolerate a specialized nutritional milk, which has become her main source of nourishment. This has left her extremely weak, with very limited energy to care for herself, her home, and her child.

This should be a joyful time as they prepare to welcome their baby, but instead, it has become overwhelming.

Yrenes and her husband Carlos are doing everything they can for their 5-year-old son, Isaac, while preparing for a new baby. Carlos works hard, but the financial and emotional strain is becoming too much. He has even considered taking on a second job—but that would take him away from home when Yrenes needs him most.

As her mother, I have always been there to help care for her and support the family. But after breaking my ankle, I am now recovering and unable to help the way I used to, which has made their situation even more difficult.

We are simply trying to keep this family stable during this time.

Our goal is $15,000, which will help cover:

- Medical care and medications

- Specialized nutritional milk and dietary needs

- Mortgage, utilities, and basic living expenses

- Childcare support

- Preparation for the baby’s arrival

Mi nombre es Gesenia y soy la madre de Yrenes.

Me dirijo a ustedes con el corazón en la mano para pedir apoyo para mi hija y su familia durante uno de los momentos más difíciles de sus vidas. Yrenes está actualmente embarazada mientras enfrenta serias complicaciones de salud, incluyendo MCAS. Durante aproximadamente el último año, esta condición ha afectado su vida de tal manera que no ha podido alimentarse normalmente. Depende de medicamentos para poder tolerar una leche nutricional especializada, que se ha convertido en su principal fuente de alimentación. Esto la ha dejado extremadamente débil, con muy poca energía para cuidarse a sí misma, su hogar y su hijo.

Este debería ser un momento de alegría mientras esperan la llegada de su bebé, pero en cambio se ha convertido en una gran dificultad.

Yrenes y su esposo Carlos hacen todo lo posible por su hijo de 5 años, Isaac, mientras se preparan para un nuevo bebé. Carlos trabaja duro, pero la carga financiera y emocional se ha vuelto demasiado pesada. Incluso ha considerado tomar un segundo trabajo, pero eso lo alejaría del hogar cuando Yrenes más lo necesita.

Como su madre, siempre he estado allí para ayudarla y apoyar a la familia. Pero recientemente me fracturé el tobillo y ahora estoy en recuperación, lo que me impide ayudar como antes, haciendo su situación aún más difícil.

Simplemente estamos tratando de mantener a esta familia estable durante este tiempo.
