Help Francesca fight an extremely rare cancer!!

Hi, my name is Lynette, and I am fundraising for my friend Maria Francesca Calzini who is fighting a very, very rare form of cancer. As many of you know, Francesca already battled stage 4 bowel cancer nine years ago, and won!

On the 9th May, 2022 she was diagnosed with a High-Grade Uterine cancer (6 in 100,000), and you can imagine how soul-destroying this can be. She was told that she is compatible with the immunotherapy drug named Herceptin, but this drug is not on the PBS for her type of cancer. This means Francesca has a payment of $835 every three weeks for the next three years. Francesca cannot work anymore because the chemotherapy treatment is extremely harsh on her body.

Having gone through chemo and radiation before, Francesca’s body is weak, and she can no longer live her life to the fullest. As she already has gone through strong treatment with her previous cancer. This funding will help Francesca with her medical expenses and help her win this battle, and focus on her emotional, mental and physical well-being without the added stress of financial strain.

Francesca is a positive, strong, compassionate and caring woman who lives for her family and friends. She always gives with her heart; any donation would be greatly appreciated, no matter how small.
