Help Frances with car and doctors expenses

Last night I was in a horrible accident. I swerved when a dog ran in front of my car, hitting a parked car and totaled my car. I have to see an orthopedic doctor to see if my left hand is broken because the hospital X-ray cannot see if I have a hairline fracture or not. I also have to buy a new car because mine is totaled. I truly am at a loss for what to do because I have no health insurance and only liability on my car.
