Help Fran pay bills after surgery

Hi everyone! I'm writing this up on behalf of Fran, my partner, who is getting top surgery at the end of this month and is gonna be out of work for 6 weeks as they recover. Unfortunately they don't have enough earned leave to cover the time they'll need to take off from their physically demanding job. OHP covers the cost of the surgery thankfully - but anything to help cover Fran's rent, bills, and cost of living during that time is greatly appreciated!

Fran is a huge sweetheart who deserves to be able to rest and relax after surgery, and is incredibly kind and generous.

If you don't know Fran, they are a poet, a writer, a ceramics wizard, cat whisperer, gentle friend and local cuban hottie. I adore them! I have seen them take care of so many people in so many ways, it's time for them to get their chance to relax and be cared for.

I am thankful to be able to caretake after having gone through this surgery myself - and want to make sure that their needs are met so they can focus on the upheaval of surgery and the real challenge of recovery. We also have a mealtrain up for in-town friends who could offer support in that way for me, Fran and the friends that are helping post-op as well!
