Hello, this is Forrest Gump — our sweet, gentle boy who’s always been a ray of sunshine in our lives. Lately, that light has started to fade. After weeks of countless tests and lab work showing dangerously high white blood cell counts with no clear cause, we took him to a different vet for another opinion which led them to finding a lump on his abdomen. We need an ultrasound from a specialist to know more, but the cost is around $1,000 — something we’re struggling to cover.
