Forrest started having a mild cough and feeling a little warm Wednesday around 11A. Symptoms progressed quite rapidly. Friday morning, we were in the emergency room at Blank Children's Hospital. Within about 20 minutes, he was put on oxygen, and he's been on it ever since. We were FINALLY able to start SLOWLY reducing his oxygen. He's got a ways to go, but he's also made SO MUCH PROGRESS. This boy has been fighting for his life this week, and it's been absolutely terrifying. I've never cried so much in my life.
I don't normally create a GoFundMe, but this is not something we were prepared for at this time. We are a single-income family, and we've had to miss work due to little man's hospitalization. It has been so good to have Daddy here in the hospital with Forrest. He really needed him. But man, are we going to pay for it.
Please, do not feel pressured to help. I know times are tight for so many of us right now. This economy is hard. I'm only putting this out in case anyone is able. Thank you in advanced!
Peace, love, and happiness,
Mrs. Greve
