My name is Denys, and I have been a devoted Formula 1 fan for more than 20 years.
I created this initiative because I truly care about the future of the sport. On my website, I published an open letter to the FIA and Formula 1 management expressing my personal view that Formula 1 is moving further and further away from what made millions of fans fall in love with it in the first place.
In my opinion, Formula 1 no longer feels like the true pinnacle of motorsport. Too much of it has become artificial, and too little still feels real. The speed, the danger, the character of the cars, and the spirit of competition no longer feel the way they should. The regulations are increasingly choking the cars, the teams, and the drivers, while fans are too often being sold a simplified and artificial version of the sport instead of its true essence.
In this letter, I also openly say that Formula 1 should bring back some of what once made it great: more emotional and powerful engines such as V8 or V10, the return of refueling, and real tire competition. This is not just nostalgia. It is about character, spectacle, engineering freedom, and the unique identity of the championship.
This is not a commercial project. It is a fan-driven initiative created to unite people who believe that the voice of Formula 1 fans deserves to be heard.
If financial support is received, the funds will be used exclusively to expand outreach, bring more fans to the initiative, promote the letter to a wider audience, support the website, and collect more signatures so that this message has a real chance of reaching the FIA and Formula 1.
The goal is simple: to show that this is not just one fan’s opinion, but the shared view of many people who truly love this sport and want to protect what makes Formula 1 special.
This is not just a request. It is a call for real change.
