Forest is a bright and creative 9-year-old who has already overcome so much. As an autistic child, he was nonverbal until he was 6 years old, but he never let that stop him from exploring the world in his own way. Forest is incredibly smart—he even codes his own computer games—and he dreams of starting a YouTube channel to help other autistic kids. Despite his intelligence and creativity, Forest faces a daily struggle: a severe tongue tie that makes it almost impossible for him to communicate clearly. While he has so much to say, his speech challenges make him self-conscious and hold him back from making friends and sharing his ideas.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward surgery to correct Forest's tongue tie, as well as the speech therapy he will need afterward. This life-changing support will give Forest the chance to express himself fully, connect with others, and pursue the dreams he holds so close to his heart.
