Help for Vicky and Randy

As many of you may know, my Father was diagnosed with stage 4 small cell lung cancer last July.  He did chemo and radiation and did go into remission for a short time.  The cancer has come back and has spread.  At this point we are just trying to manage his pain and keep him comfortable.  My parents are young and not eligiable for Medicare and social security yet.  The insurance premiums alone that they pay per month are more than most people's mortgage payments.  My Mom is still working because obviously my Father cannot.  
My Mom is not only taking care of my Father but her parents live there too.  My Grandfather just turned 90 and he also has cancer, my Grandmother has dementia and broke her hip last year and is not real steady on her feet.  My Mom is one of the most kind, generous and patient pople I know,  she has a lot on her plate right now.  She would love to not have to worry about working right now and be able to stay home and take care of my Dad with the time he has left.  I am doing this for her with the hope that she can stay home and take care of my Dad and not have to be constantly texting and calling the house to make sure he took his medicine and is eating something.  My Father also would prefer her to be home with him instead of a stranger from hospice.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart, my Mother is my best friend and I am really worried about her.  I want to help her in any way I can, so I am reaching out to my friends and family.
