Shrivanie Motilal's Sarcoma Surgery

Hi, my name is Amba and I am starting this Go Fund Me for my cousin Shrivanie Motilal (Vanie) who has been diagnosed with a rare type of cancer-synovial sarcoma. 

 

At 26 years of age, she was diagnosed and is now fighting for a chance of survival. She has a little baby boy and is trying to keep strong for him and of course all of us. After multiple rounds of chemo and recommendations from various oncologists, she is needing to have the tumor removed. Because of the location of the tumor (close proximity to the sacral area/nerves), it is of utmost importance that we come up with a plan to raise this money so that the surgery can be done as soon as possible.

My family and I will appreciate your help to make this surgery possible. The FINAL quote which came in on 1/15/22 is $133,744.00 US. That is only an average thus far, as with healthcare expenses, things can increase depending on needs.  I am humbly requesting on behalf of my family for your assistance in making this surgery possible. We have set our goal to be $100,000 in hopes of getting whatever donations we can. The sooner we can raise this money and come up with the funds, the faster Shrivanie will be able to have the tumor removed.

 

Life is not fair in my opinion. It’s scary and painful to go through all this treatment, chemo and surgery. We have to pull together and try our best. We are trying to be strong and appreciate all the love, prayers and donations. We need the support of our loved ones, friends, family and community at large to make this possible and give Vanie a chance.
