Help For Valued Employee

As a small business, SweetBerries has never been in the position to offer paid vacation or medical insurance to our small group of dedicated employees. So when one of us is struck with an illness, it can be devastating. One of our long time staff members has recently been diagnosed with cancer. She will be undergoing both radiation and chemotherapy in the coming weeks. Although she has purchased health insurance, her medical bills from co-pays have already reached $3000 and her treatment has not even started yet. Please consider donating so this employee can get through her treatments and have time for healing and recovery without worrying about how her bills will get paid. We anticipate she will be able to work only sporadically over the next two months.
