My name is Mick Antoniw. I am a second-generation Ukrainian living in Wales, where I am Member of Senedd (the Welsh Parliament) for Pontypridd.

Since the invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, I and others have been fundraising to take vehicles and life-saving supplies to Ukraine.

Alongside other Senedd Members under the 'Senedd 4 Ukraine' banner, and with significant support from Trade Unions, businesses and private individuals, we have now made 14 trips to Ukraine, delivering a total of 50 pick-up vehicles and well over £1million in aid.

We raised £15,000 for our trip to Ukraine in October 2025, but we need to do this again for our fifteenth trip, planned for February 2026. We need to raise at least another £15,000, which is why we have extended the target of this fundraiser to £30,000. Each trip we make saves lives and gives renewed hope to those who are bravely defending their country, their families and democracy.

Testimonies from recipients of our help have told us that the support has been invaluable and has saved lives.

The situation in Ukraine remains dire, with much of the country's infrastructure destroyed, and with a dangerous shift in global politics, they need our help now more than ever. Missile and drone attacks continue and the resultant loss of life there shows how much the people of Ukraine need our solidarity.

Please give what you are able. The money will be used to purchase and deliver 4x4 vehicles to be converted into field ambulances, as well as essential medical aid and thermal winter clothing.

Every penny raised goes to this end - our volunteers from Wales, England, USA and Canada are preparing now.
