Help for Tricia

As many of you know, Tricia has had a very challenging year with her illness. In early July she was hospitalized for two months, and again the day after Thanksgiving.
While we have taken on a good portion of medical debt, we are thankful most has been covered by insurance. We pay what we can as the budget allows.
Our second need is for some help with the kids at home while I am at work. Our families have done a wonderful job stepping in to help where needed, but there is still a need. I would like to hire a part time nanny to take the stress off from Tricia and to not be so dependent on family for help.
We've had a nanny before when the twins were younger and it really seemed to help. However, it's like making a second mortgage payment with money we just don't have. I would like to find someone to help though the end of next summer when all three kids will be in school full time.
