Help Tracy (Zanti) Shade's Recovery horse accident
Donation protected
Tracy suffered serious injuries yesterday, June 12th, when one of her horses spooked, reared up and then fell on her. She sustained major internal injuries that required removal of part of her intestines, repair of blood vessels due to internal bleeding and stabilization of multiple pelvic fractures. She will be undergoing a second surgery and a blood transfusion today. Obviously these injuries will keep her out of work for many months and her insurance will only be covering a portion of her care. After the last several month of quarantine keeping them from work, it will be a great help to her husband, Dave
and family to get some assistance with the overwhelming financial strains.
As an avid horse lover she has been around horses all of her life and it is a passion she shares with her mother, Ann Zanti and two daughters, Dera and Maggie. She and her family have been so generous in fostering the love of riding in me and countless others. I hope the horse community will rally around her and show her the love that she has shared with many of us.
