Help For Tiny After Tragedy

On July 1st something unimaginable happened! On a regular day my mom decided to take a trip to the grocery store to get food for my little sisters. She didn’t have a car so she took the bus. While 5 minutes away from home on a bus stop tragedy struck! She saw as a car came towards her and she thought her life was completely on. The car was stuck on top of her but she realized by the grace of God she was alive! As we searched for her not knowing what happened me, her oldest daughter received a phone call from the hospital saying my mom was in a terrible accident. One of our worst fears had come true. Even on that hospital bed all she was worried about were the groceries she was trying to get for her children. She soon learned it would be a long journey to recovery. She no longer could walk and would have to learn how to all over again. She had a broken hip and her other leg was broken in many places. She had to get screws in her back, over 5 surgeries, blood transfusions, skin transplants and so much more. She is a single mother of 4 which 3 still are under her care. Not being able to work and being denied for SSI this can be an expensive journey. Bills are piling up and this journey costs. We are looking to raise money for a walker with a seat, help with bills, travel expenses. When looking to get help with this situation she learned neither driver had insurance and receiving minimal help from the city and state we are looking for the help of our fellow citizens. So if you feel lead to give we would appreciate it more than you know.
