Miracles for Meela

One short week after his unexpected debut, precious, perfect little #onepoundwonder, Briggs Christopher Zendejas, developed a sudden infection and in a matter of hours, went from significant improvement to a rapid spiral of decline, passing away after his tiny body could fight no longer and leaving his first-time parents stunned and overwhelmed with grief.

To all those at a loss of how to help the Zendejas/Marshall family through the unimaginable pain of a lifetime of missed memories, we’ve set up this Go Fund Me account! Our hope is to ease a small portion of the financial burden that is sure to accompany the slew of bills resulting from Momma’s three week stay prior to delivery, Briggs’ NICU journey, and twin sister Meela’s continued miraculous battle.

But more so than your money, we ask for your continued prayers on baby Meela’s behalf. For several weeks, Hollie and Zach were told by medical staff of the unlikelihood of her survival, but our little Harry Potter baby has thus far defied all odds in becoming The Girl Who Lived!
