Help for the Sardinas Family

Hi!

I would have never thought to make one of these one days or ask my peers for help during this vulnerable time.

My dad was a CKD patient with countless other sicknesses and was working hard to get better and try his hardest to get strong and qualify for a kidney transplant. My dad was very tired but fought hard. He was an independent man and hated to be surveillance by my mom and me but was a kind soul that wanted to help everyone. We even bought my dad a saxophone like he always wanted to help him stay motivated and have a hobby to keep him alert!

But on Monday night, he had a stroke where he was still talking up until paramedics took him to the hospital. My dad's brain hemorrhage from the stroke was very large and filled the entire right side of his brain where there was no recovery after and was intubated to help save his arteries and stop seizures from happening. My mom and I spoke to him, played his favorite music, laughed about old times, and much more. He peacefully passed away this morning on Friday, the 13th where his heart slowly gave out and went peacefully and no suffering.

I laugh because my dad loved sci-fi and horror movies and of course he passed away on a Friday, the 13th. (haha).

My entire life has been my mom, dad, and I and now we shift to being just me and my mom. Most of you know my mom and love my mom so much that you even visit or call her on your own to just talk to her and she always tells me about it. (so many of you she loves!!!) Some of you even have been tempted to talk to my dad who was a man of few words and befriend him where he always remembered you even years after not seeing each other.

Unfortunately, we live paycheck to paycheck and I have now missed workdays where now I am the head of the household and have an entry-level job where I don't make enough for us both at the moment. Some of you have already taken time to donate to me and my mom to help us but I got recommended to make a go fund me for more support.

Please help me and my mom, my only family, now to help pay our next bills, hospital bills, rent, etc.
