Karima Salem is a good, kind and giving woman. She has three children, one with a severe disability who she mothers with grace and strength every day and twins who are kind, motivated and just wonderful young humans - in great part due to Karima's amazing parenting.  Her family struggles to make ends meet - they live in Marin City and she is the bread winner of her family. She is one of those people who is always focused on helping others and her job as an Intervention Specialist reflects this kind spirit and dedication. Now Karima and her family are the ones who are in need. 

Recently Karima was diagnosed with anal cancer.  While Karima is in excellent standing with her current employer, she is not represented by a union and her income will plummet during her treatment. This proposes many challenges that will require assistance in any form during her care and recovery. We ask you to consider donating to the family's Go Fund Me to help ease their financial burden during this terribly stressful time. Funds will go towards paying for rent and other treatment bills that will be coming their way soon. We would be so grateful if you would consider donating to this very important cause.
