Help Trent and Cass

Trent and Cassidy welcomed their first born child, Aurora, on October 1st, via emergency C section. She has had some tough challenges thrown at her since birth. The family’s journey started at Geisinger in Danville where she was diagnosed with a heart defect (coarctation of the aorta). Doctors have done countless tests and scans which led Aurora to UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, via life flight. Mom and Dad have been dealing with everything the best they can. Aurora is set to have heart surgery at an unknown date at the end of October. Mom and Dad will stay in Pittsburgh until the day Aurora is discharged home. Currently, they are on the waitlist for a room at the Ronald McDonald house but in the meantime hotel expenses are already adding up. We would like to do anything possible to take the financial burden from them during this tough time. Trent and Cassidy are appreciative of anything that can be given to assist them. The money will be used for travel expenses, food, hotels, etc. Any money not used for the period of the stay would either go in a savings account for baby Aurora or will be donated to the Ronald McDonald house in Pittsburgh.
