My name is Ashley, and I have been a friend of the Raggiunti family for the last 15 years. I have put this page together on their behalf as we look for the community's support during this difficult time.

On Sunday, April 24, 2022, the Raggiunti's lost their family home in a house fire. That same day, they experienced the loss of Luigi Raggiunti. Luigi, Julie, Julie's mother, and Fausto were living in the home.

We are asking for donations to cover both the funeral expenses and any costs associated with getting the family back on their feet - 30 years' worth of memories and personal belongings were lost.

A bit of background:

Julie has been the sole provider since Luigi suffered a major stroke in 2017 that left him bedridden. The doctor’s told the family that Luigi wouldn’t come out of his coma, but he continued to fight and was able to spend 5 more years with his family.

Unfortunately, due to his condition, Luigi had to wait for first responders to get him out of the house. By that time, he had already inhaled too much smoke and they were unable to resuscitate him.

All donations will go towards the family to help them with their immediate needs. Any support is very much appreciated.
